TEN BEDROOMS, ONE UNFORGETTABLE STAY

Villa Aetos consists of 10 bedrooms across four residences, all furnished and decorated to relax your mind and revive your spirit. In total, the villa can host up to 20 people.

Villa Aetos was built in 1970 by Lady Sarah Consuelo Spencer Churchill, during her third marriage, to a Greek actor Theo Roubanis, a one-time companion of actress Jeanne Moreau. Lady Sarah was relative of Winston Churchill and Princess Diana, and her aristocratic English roots are evident in the architecture and style of the villa.

Lady Spencer Churchill parted ways with Villa Aetos in the 1990s. For the following 30 years the villa served as the summer residence of its new owner and the artistic studio of her husband, a painter of Greek landscapes. During this period the house was used to host diplomats and royalty, including Queen Rania of Jordan, who was a friend of the painter.

The villa passed into current ownership in 2020, and was renovated over the following 4 years to high standards of modern luxury.
